Just arrived in hotel room to find some leftover bickies on the desk.
I let reception know so they could sort it. Got this reply:
“We’re delighted to offer you the welcome plate as a special gesture for our valued loyalty members. Please feel free to enjoy it during your stay!”
Ok, my mistake…
