Hybrid work and commercial real estate

Great to have this so well articulated:-) DHH takes a slight more militant view https://world.hey.com/dhh/hybrid-combines-the-worst-of-office-and-remote-work-d3174e50 but I think identifying “hybrid” as a strategy to protect commercial real estate feels very much fair enough.
Surprised to hear of organisations with strong values (and performance targets) around trust and inclusivity thinking it’s a great idea to cancel remote work:-(
