Have now written (several versions of) a decision tree for teams tasked with rolling out #ai powered #virtualassistants - the idea was how do you make sense of RAG / not RAG, intent tables, suggestion tiles yadda yadda…
Basically, it gets complicated really quickly, so I thought I’d try an ‘if-then’ decision tree to help teams.
Could do with having my homework peer reviewed. Any volunteers?
