Workday is a brilliant filter

Workday is such a brilliant filter. If I see a role for a design leader and click on “apply” and it launches Workday, it saves everyone so much time. I don’t apply, and the hiring manager doesn’t have to slog through my cv. It’s a win-win really:-)
