Watching a Dynamics demo

Watching a vendor run a demo of a Dynamics-based tool, and as usual, the story is all about the benefits of using all the connected Microsoft tools (excel, surveys, docgen, channels etc.) and the lovely way you can squirt Dynamics data into Outlook, build data-rich reports etc.
This guy is really good, he’s moving fast, but keeping the explanations clear, all his features are demonstrated with simple examples, and he’s got his entire company ecosystem set up with demo clients, users, etc.
I haven’t had accountability for promoting Microsoft kit for a few years now, but every now and then I see one of these demos and have to pause, the speed of progress (and never mind the AI integration with Copilot) and the way everything is working nicely together is actually pretty impressive:-)
