Trying to cancel the RAC

Trying to cancel my RAC membership.
Couldn’t find a “delete account” button anywhere but found “change renewal preferences”. I guess the fact my subscription renews in two weeks means the “opt out” choice couldn’t possibly work…
Hopefully I’ll find a few hours between now and the renewal date to invest in a marathon phone ‘support’ experience.
I guess that’s one way to manage churn…
