Noticed a post by Yasmin Nestlen at AnalogFolk and was reminded of a thing I did years ago when I first started looking for a job in advertising. I made these wooden blocks (out of 2x4), painted them, put a sticker with my phone number on the bottom and sent them to every creative director I could find asking for an interview.
This one was sat in a box for ages and surfaced recently as we’re decluttering pre moving house. The message?
A square peg fits in a round hole just fine.
If the hole is big enough:-)
