Is Ross a copywriter? Or a design leader? Or a home maintenance expert?
I can say from experience that there are very few leaders that understand the value of service design and who will have your back on the journey the way Ross does. What he is building is complex, and will only work if you have permision to explore the intersections of policy, culture, data, technology, and business inovation.
If you’re a service designer who needs to make a difference and is looking for an enviroment where you’ll be challenged to do that, this is a door you need to be knocking on.
