Adding an LLM to the gov prototype kit

Have been experimenting with adding LLM functionality via api to the gov prototype kit. Seems like there’s some potential to test and explore interesting service offers.

In this example, I was reflecting on how people who are entitled to apply for a grant don’t apply because they feel “it’s not for them” or “it’s not for people like me”. The LLM gives them a head start by pre-filling the application with suggestions.
