Just finished a charity 45-mile ride today for the Princes Trust. If you have a wee bit cash you could part with, the Trust is basically awesome - they help kids who fall off the edge to get back up and become productive. A few months ago, the trust arranged for a couple of young people to join my team and we put them them in front of clients, got them designing stuff etc. Apparently they came away inspired to get get user experience jobs:-)
