Having reviewed it:

• It largely seems uncontroversial, ie the stuff I uploaded is there; no surprise
• The remotely logged in services are a little bit scary, but I do remember logging in, so fair enough…
• The connected apps are a bit of a of a weird one. For the life of me I can’t remember seeing about 30% of them before
• I never thought it was a good idea to share my contacts so no phone numbers apart from the odd one in posts

Overall my data file came in at 1meg zipped up.
