Footage taken by Ohna in 1982, hanging out in Fairholm Hall on West 121 Street at Columbia Universtity in NYC. Footage includes lots of cigarette smoke, Dug, Bill, Jose-Antonio and Robert. Nothing much to look at but it's always fun to do a bit of time-travel.
Ohna was visiting with a 16mm Bolex mechanical ciné camera borrowed from her uni upstate.

I can't reply within Donkey site as it won't let me sign in as anything - yeah not my forte! So maybe you can pass on to Ben... in Charles de Gaulle Air France business lounge on my way to Buenos Aires!
Funnily enough on my youtube the music I used located me & I get a few things posted onto my site about - as well as a funny comment about something who played it with different music - There She Goes by the Las. In fact when i did it orginally I used Dear Prudence by Siouxie & The Banshees

It really needs a sound-track. I'm thinking some Streets of San Francisco for the first 1/3. Maybe some Taxi Driver sound track for the more reflective parts in the second half.

Hello Bumpy!
Agree it does... Ohna had originally edited this footage together with Kamal, Leo and Tania running around and pretending to mug each other in Kamal's TR6. I think she started with a Smith's tune... in any case I've tried and end up getting busted by YouTube (love the fact that the copyright folk scan the sound-wave and pattern match it to a rights database. Amazing what you can achieve when there's money at stake).
I might try and record a guitar track or two and see how that goes. Am currently learning Elvis's "in the ghetto" but doubt that fits:-) Do you still have a base guitar? You could try something or we could do a transatlantic multitrack extravaganza?
I'll ask Ohna if she had any other plans:-)
